6 Best Alternatives to the TRIMUI Smart Pro 5-inch 128GB (2026)

How alternatives compare to Trimui

Voacle RG477V 4.7-inch Android 14 Handheld

The Voacle RG477V shifts you into a full Android environment, unlike the TRIMUI Smart Pro’s dedicated emulation focus. It features a 120Hz display for smoother motion, a significant upgrade from the 1280x720 IPS panel on the Smart Pro. This device targets players who want to stream games or run high-refresh-rate emulation rather than just playing classic titles. You gain desktop video output and faster processing, but you lose the simplicity of a single-purpose device. If you prefer managing your own library on a modern OS, this is a strong alternative. It keeps the 128GB storage capacity but adds wireless connectivity for broader use cases beyond local retro gaming.

Zestioe RG476H 4.7-Inch Android Handheld

The Zestioe RG476H offers 120Hz refresh rate and 8GB of RAM, which exceeds the TRIMUI Smart Pro’s standard performance parameters. It uses Android to handle emulation, providing more flexibility than the Smart Pro’s RetroArch system. The device includes active cooling and Hall-effect controls, features absent in the original. You get a more responsive experience for demanding retro titles, though the screen size is listed as 7-inch in attributes, which may differ from the 4.7-inch physical description. This choice suits users who prioritize smooth performance and precise controls over the Smart Pro’s compact, dedicated design. It retains the 128GB storage option for your game files.

Anbernic RG476H Android 13 Handheld

The Anbernic RG476H provides a 120Hz display and 8GB of RAM, offering better multitasking and smoother emulation than the TRIMUI Smart Pro. It runs Android, allowing for a wider range of applications beyond dedicated emulators. The device features active cooling and touchscreen capabilities, which the Smart Pro lacks. You gain a more modern interface and faster processing power, ideal for Android-based retro gaming. The form factor is compact, similar to the Smart Pro, but the internal specs are significantly higher. This alternative is best for users who want pocket portability without sacrificing performance. It includes 128GB of storage, matching the original’s capacity for your game library.

Ampown Pocket Max 7" 8GB RAM

The Ampown Pocket Max 7-inch features an 8000mAh battery, which is much larger than the Smart Pro’s 5000mAh unit. It also includes 8GB of RAM and a 144Hz AMOLED screen, providing superior visual quality and longevity compared to the 1280x720 IPS display. This device is designed for high-performance Android gaming, offering flagship-tier specs. You trade the Smart Pro’s compact 5-inch size for a larger, more immersive screen and longer battery life. The AMOLED panel delivers deeper blacks and brighter colors. This alternative suits players who prioritize screen quality and endurance over the smaller, more portable form factor of the TRIMUI Smart Pro.

Gamkowy RG477V 4.7-inch Android Handheld

The Gamkowy RG477V uses a Dimensity 8300 chip, providing powerful processing for streaming and emulation, which outperforms the Smart Pro’s hardware. It runs Android, giving you access to a vast app ecosystem unlike the dedicated system. The device features a touchscreen and wireless connectivity, enhancing its versatility. You gain the ability to stream games and run modern Android titles, while the Smart Pro focuses on local retro emulation. This alternative is ideal for users who want a multifunctional device. It maintains the 128GB storage capacity, ensuring you have ample space for your extensive game library and media files.

TIMEXPLAYER TRIMUI Brick Pro 3.95-Inch IPS Handheld

The TIMEXPLAYER TRIMUI Brick Pro features a 3.95-inch IPS display with 1024x768 resolution, offering higher pixel density than the Smart Pro’s 5-inch 1280x720 screen. It is designed for sharp 4:3 retro gaming, appealing to purists who value visual clarity over screen size. The device is more compact, fitting easily in your pocket, while retaining the 128GB storage capacity. You trade the larger 5-inch display for a smaller, sharper panel and a dedicated retro-focused experience similar to the Smart Pro. This alternative is best for users who prioritize portability and image quality for classic games. It uses IPS technology, ensuring good viewing angles just like the original device.
